The Anodizing Rectifier is specially designed for aluminum companies with equipment that can control almost all the parameters of anodizing bath beyond being a normal rectifier. These rectifiers are manufactured with remote controlled operator panel or with touch color display operator panel.
Anodizing rectifiers, mainly in a voltage-controlled operating system, thanks to a special operating program, it is ensured that the output voltage is supplied on a ramp, applied with constant voltage control for the desired period.
Aluminum anodizing rectifiers are produced 100% domestically within the structure of 3DY R&D. Depending on the ambient condition and working conditions, they are produced with air, water and oil cooling.
With the Automatic Micron Calculation unit, the desired micron thickness is calculated automatically by the system, regardless of the number of parts. At the same time, the bathroom temperature is also controlled so that an ideal anodizing process is achieved.
